Appointments and Booking
Please DM on Instagram or Facebook to book.
Cancellations: Please allow 48 hours’ notice to cancel. If within 48 hours you will be required to make a deposit for next appointment
No Shows: You will be required to make a deposit for the next appointment
Arrivals: Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes for your appointment. Children who can amuse themselves are welcome and you can also bring someone with you if you wish
Client health and safety
I won’t treat existing fungal/bacterial infections or open wounds
Allergies and medical history is your responsibility to inform me
Will not work on anyone under the age of 16
Services and aftercare
Previous work: No infills on other techs work, will require complete removal
Design: If possible, please send me any designs beforehand so I can ensure I have all the materials
Free fixes within 72 hours for chipping or lifting – no refunds are offered. If you are unhappy with the service during the appointment, please discuss this with me
Hygiene
All tools and the nail desk are disinfected between clients
Pricing
All prices reflect the service and work you will receive. The prices are on the website, Facebook and Instagram
I accept bank transfer or cash once the service is complete and before you leave the salon
At certain times of the year such as Christmas, Valentines, Easter, Grand National a deposit will be needed
